JuannaMP? asks what is this page? Well, it was a spectacularly bad attempt to encourage others to be more proactive by 'resigning' as Editor in Chief and trying to start a Board. I was young and stupid once. It should be obvious to a normal person that trolling the community in order to encourage greater participation would not work. There are reasons why we practice ForgiveAndForget here. I only bother to reexplain what was deleted a long time ago because I think it's interesting, if I can look at myself somewhat objectively as a case study of online community. Immature community leaders often throw tantrums that other people aren't doing enough. -- SunirShah

I guess I have understood something but just wrote another page that part of meatball (sadly) remains hidden for my (language difficulties). Anyway, I would like to say that in the real and virtual world, if someone is passive, in a community, it is sometimes a problem, if you're active, sometimes is also a problem for those watching as danger your initiatives. It's hard (less hard, more easy, with experience) to be in that thin line in the middle without touching the ego of the other. I also was young and stupid once . --JuanmaMP
